Our Mission
Our mission is to facilitate behavior change as it relates to sexual misconduct in collegiate athletics. We do this by creating a personalized character development curriculum for each institution in order to sustain long-term results.
Our mission is to create a comprehensive character formation program for NCAA athletic departments directed toward ending sexual violence.
Our Initiative
The focus of our program is to establish an initiative for the athletic community that encourages a sense of leadership and responsibility of awareness.
Student-athletes are in the spotlight and face a unique set of risks for not only themselves but the institutions in which they belong. As student-athletes are often looked to as leaders on campus, our program equips participants with the necessary expertise to promote a safer campus.
Our Methods
As former NCAA student-athletes, we have created a program with a modern-day understanding for preventing sexual violence, teaching consent, and promoting healthy relationships for current NCAA student-athletes.
Additionally, we offer:
Workshops for student-athletes
Train the trainer workshops
Risk management and advisory support
Data collection
By obtaining current data from the athletic community, the program helps student-athletes navigate highly relevant and sensitive topics that are left in a “gray-area” by NCAA and federal regulations and directly impact the student-athletes’ lives.
In addition to working directly with student-athletes, we work with Athletic Departments and Title IX offices to ensure universities have addressed their compliance needs.
